We have chosen to offer solutions with professional coaching actors, internal or external coaches, recognized in their field of coaching expertise and capable of accompanying transformation and resistance to change while respecting the ethical frameworks of the profession of professional business coach, borrowed from our Crédit Agricole Group culture, and keeping an eye on innovations in our managerial practices and work methods.

Our proposal is 100% remote for this year 2023, privileging above all the precious human link in these singular moments. The tool remains in its place as a tool, without concession.
